SAMPADA 2.0 serves as a robust and user-friendly application designed for the e-registration of documents and the issuance of e-stamps, as facilitated by the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps (IGRS) and the Commercial Tax Department of the Government of Madhya Pradesh, India. This application aims to enhance governance through evidence-based processing, while simplifying registration processes and creating numerous opportunities for efficiency.

The primary objective of the SAMPADA 2.0 mobile application is to deliver a transparent user experience, incorporating reformed Government Process Re-engineering (GPR) in alignment with Madhya Pradesh State Government policies.

To ensure a seamless experience in registration and e-stamp processes, the SAMPADA 2.0 application interfaces with several external systems to comply with IGRS guidelines:

• E-signature functionality utilizing Aadhar Number, supported by third-party service provider E-Mudhra.
• Integration with the Treasury Web Application of the Government of Madhya Pradesh for Sampada Wallet recharge and online payments.
• GIS Applications for property identification and valuation to determine the geo-coordinates of both the property being registered and the user capturing property photographs, ensuring accuracy through coordinate matching.

SAMPADA 2.0 emphasizes user privacy and does not access any private data without consent. The application requests permission to access certain features on the user’s mobile device for specific purposes:

Camera Permission:

1. This permission facilitates the capture of property photographs to be included within registration documents.
2. Access to the camera may also be necessary for scanning QR codes associated with e-stamps, allowing verification of their authenticity.
3. Camera access is required to generate tokens needed for document registration at Sub-Registrar Offices.

Location Permission:

This permission ensures that users are photographing the correct property by capturing and comparing the geo-coordinates of both the property and the user.

Photo Permission:

This permission allows users to access their photo gallery for uploading profile photos within the application.
